The Platform supports milk delivery operations, supplier management, geo-tagging, and procurement activities for agents, booths, and registered milk suppliers in Namakkal district.

Note: This Privacy Policy is available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store listings, and within the mobile applications for easy access.

• Booth, agent, or supplier-related details
• Milk supply or operational form submissions

2. Payment Information (Delivery App)

Payments in the Aavin Namakkal App may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card details, UPI ID, or banking information. Such data is governed by the respective payment service provider’s privacy policy.

3. Location Information (Geo-Tagging)

With your permission, location data may be collected to support operational requirements such as booth verification, delivery coordination, and geo-tagging of supplier locations in the Aavin Procure NKL app. Location access is used only for official purposes.

4. Usage Information

We may collect information related to app usage, accessed features, access time, performance logs, and crash reports to improve service quality and reliability.

5. Device Information

Limited technical data such as device type, operating system version, IP address, and mobile network information may be collected.
